You may request a return or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
Certain items such as clearance or customized products may not be eligible for returns.
